DIGITAL HYPER

Digital Hyper Studios L.L.C., an award-winning company, was founded in 2005 by Owner Jamie Byers. Initially launched in 2000 as a part-time freelance venture and operating as a sole proprietorship, it evolved into a full-time enterprise by June 2007. The studio is headquartered in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Jamie Byers’ professional journey began with freelance projects, eventually leading to full-time positions at Fox Charlotte/ABC Wolo. After a year, he transitioned to INSP, where he worked as an animator, catering to the network’s diverse show and promotional needs. His exceptional talent soon caught the attention of Limerick Studios, which hired him as a lead animator for their post-production house. This tenure was brief, as INSP/Steelroots extended an offer for him to return and work remotely, a move that significantly propelled Digital Hyper Studios’ growth. Since then, Jamie has expanded his expertise to produce visual effects, cartoons, commercials, show packages, technical animations, web videos, and more.
