Description

This animation came about my 12-year-old daughter wrote a short story on Pet Jail. After reading it, I discovered that it would make for a funny cartoon, so in late February of 2019, I set out to turn the story into a script and have it read by Timothy Banfield. The production started by researching cartoon Hamsters and fish. With the awesome description of the characters, I was able to turn them into illustrations that my daughter envisioned. After a lot of work over 2 months with about another month of audio work, we were able to get this completed.

The animation was completed in Moho Pro, a cartoon software that I started using in 1999 and came back to in the last few years. There are plans to follow this episode up with ep 2 titled “I dig it”. But before we go down that route, Morgan had another cartoon written out about Bob, the Goat Chef.
